Department of Transportation (DOT) Exams

Our ARNP has many years of experience doing DOT exams. The price for this exam is $100. Please call to schedule your visit.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

• Valid driver's license
• List of medications
• Surgical and Medical history

Additionally, if the driver has any pre-existing condition, please bring the necessary documentation. This might include a stress test for those with coronary disease or a recent sleep apnea test.
