Additional Exams Provided

At Medical Exams of Tampa, we specialize in all types of exams. Children attending daycare through 12th grade are required to have annual Florida school physicals. We can help with immunization record transfers from another state as well

Price is 50 USD. (20$ for immunization record transfer)

We can perform pre-employment physicals. We offer pre-employment testing and tuberculosis testing if required for job applications. Call us to make an appointment or if you have any questions.

Also called a Pre Participation Exam (PPE) are required by schools before joining any sports activity. We will review your medical history and perform the exam.
