WHAT IS MEDICAL EXAMS OF TAMPA?
Medical Exams of Tampa is a medical clinic where we can perform all types of physicals including USCIS immigration physicals, DOTs, coast guards, firearm and school physicals.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
You must bring a form of identification and any record of vaccines. If you recently have visited a refugee camp, please bring any results from there. If you are bringing a child, please bring their Florida shots record.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Yes we certainly do!
DO I HAVE TO BE FASTING?
No. You can eat and drink before the exam.
HOW LONG IS THE EXAM I-693 GOOD FOR?
There is no expiration date for this exam.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are at Jackson Springs Plaza (Suite C-3) in Town N Country.
DO YOU ALSO PERFORM JUST THE QTF (TUBERCULOSIS) TESTING?
Yes we do.
